Sweet red wine made from a late harvest from century-old Garnacha vines, aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Garnet cherry color with violet rim. Complex aromas of berry jam, roasted coffee, dates, candied tomato, spicy notes, cocoa, hints of coffee, and a touch of licorice. On the palate, it is concentrated, moderately sweet, rich in nuances, round, polished, and beautifully harmonious, with tannins from the skin and a very pleasant sweet-bitter alternation. Ideal with chocolate desserts, chocolates, nuts, and certain blue cheeses.
