The white, Garnacha Blanca, is our estate wine, where we respect what the vineyard wants to give us each year. The red wine reflects the elegance of older Cariñena vines.

A white wine fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for 7 months, with the corresponding battonage, from our oldest Grenache vines. The ultimate expression of our limestone terroir. It's a bombshell of ripe white fruits, peach, apricot, and spicy notes in perfect balance with the smoky notes of the wood. Fennel, scrubby herbs, and great minerality. On the palate, it's powerful, flavorful, oily, unctuous, and velvety. It has a broad and long aftertaste. Very gastronomic: ideal with risottos, smoked dishes, fatty fish like salmon, and white meats.
