A sweet wine made from a late harvest of century-old Garnacha vines and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Its amber color is saturated (iodine-coated). Powerful aromas, with notes of pastry, dried fruits (fig bread and marzipan), banana peel, dates, candied orange, linden notes, and honeyed notes. Concentrated and dense on the palate, it offers smoky notes and hints of the raisin notes already present on the nose. Very long and elegant. Splendid with foie gras, blue and goat cheeses, honeyed pastries, citrus desserts, and dried fruits.
